We are committed to giving all our guests the highest level of consistent service. Because of this, there are guidelines that must be followed to ensure the best experience possible. Adult Clients seeking color, cut, Anti-frizz treatments & hair extensions appointments- An in-person consultation is required and your first step to becoming a client. The cost is $50 with a non-refundable deposit of $25 for our Master Stylist Amburlee, and $25 with a non-refundable deposit of $15 for our Jr. Stylist Destiny. You will not be able to book a service without completing the consultation process first as it is a separate appointment. All clients are able to request a service appointment but not completely book. When you request, it holds a card on file but does not charge your deposit until the appointment is approved. If your appointment is denied or has expired due to non-availability, not being able to reach you, or not following booking protocol, your card will not be charged. If you need to reschedule, do not cancel online and try to re-book. Please contact us to reschedule and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment as long as you give us a 48 hour notice. If you are an out of towner or visiting Houston and interested in a same day consultation + service appointment please email Amburlee@texturesntones.com to explain your request. Child Clients 12 and under are able to book consultations and services on the same day and a consult is included in their service price. You may request an appointment for your child and we will reach out to you with further instructions. Styling & Non-Chemical Treatment appointments do not require a consultation. Amburlee has been license cosmetologist for over 18 years and a makeup artist for over 16 years. She is also a trained educator and enjoys educating her clients about how to properly care for their hair. Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ask that you value ours. Please give us a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A non-refundable 25% deposit is taken at time of booking that covers late cancelations but if you no-show, there is a 50% fee.
